At Riwan, we believe that beautiful details deserve to come back to you. As part of our launch celebration, we are delighted to offer 5% cashback on eligible purchases.
- Customers will receive 5% cashback on eligible orders placed during the promotion period.
- This promotion is valid from the launch date of Riwan and will end on July 7, 2026.
- Cashback will be credited automatically to the customer's wallet within the Riwan store once the order has been completed and approved.
- Cashback credit can be used toward future purchases made through the Riwan online store only.
- Eligible payment methods:
- Apple Pay
- Mada
- Credit Cards
- The following payment methods are excluded from this promotion:
- Cash payments
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- STC Pay
- Cashback is calculated based on the final value of purchased products after any discounts or promotional offers have been applied.
- Cashback credit remains valid for one year from the date it is added to the customer's wallet.
- If an order is cancelled, returned, or refunded, the related cashback credit will be cancelled or deducted accordingly.
- Cashback credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another customer account.
- The minimum order value is 149 SAR, to qualify for cashback.
- The maximum cashback is 5% or 20 SAR, the lowest will be applied
- Riwan reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion and its terms at any time when necessary, without affecting cashback credits already earned by customers.
